We are actively addressing an issue regarding John Deere Operations Center connections with Granular Insights. The issue originated with John Deere and occurred when a user modifies their John Deere password. The password change causes all connections to be disconnected, including the connection with Granular Insights. To resolve this situation, please follow these steps:
• Remove the current connection.
• Reconnect your account to restore connection.
