Incident Summary: Invoiced units in Field Plans (Invoiced Products Overview) and Proposals not reflecting when units are removed from invoice in Connex.

Teams are aware of a an issue where Connex invoice unit removals are not being accounted for in Insights.

We have identified the underlying cause and are working toward a resolution. The current impact is that invoiced units in Insights do not match the Connex invoice. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information.
